Good features, some minor quirks

I've been using WebinarNinja for a few months now, mainly for automated webinars. The lead capture forms are effective, and I like how easy it is to schedule everything out. The AI Webinar Assistant is a nice touch, helping with content ideas. My main gripe is sometimes the custom branding options feel a little limited, I wish there was more flexibility there. Delivery of the service itself is fine, never had downtime. Customer service was helpful when I asked about integrations. It's a solid product, but that branding part could be better.

Reliable for hosting webinars

Signed up for the annual plan. Hosted several live webinars. Screen sharing and Q&A tools worked perfectly. No complaints, it's a dependable service. Would recommend.

Solid platform, good support

I signed up for WebinarNinja's standard plan a few months ago to host some live training sessions. The setup for the webinar landing pages was pretty straightforward, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. I used their automated email notifications feature, which worked well to remind attendees. During one of my first live sessions, I had a small hiccup with screen sharing, but their support chat was quick to respond and walked me through it. The recording feature for replays is a lifesaver. My attendees appreciated the Q&A tools. Overall, the platform feels robust and reliable for my needs. It's a comprehensive tool.

Easy to get started

I needed to host a quick webinar for my small group, and WebinarNinja was pretty simple to figure out. I used the free trial first, which was nice. Setting up the registration page was a breeze, and hosting the live session went without any major hitches. It just worked, you know? Good experience overall.

Dependable platform for my courses

This isn't my first time using WebinarNinja. I've been with them for about a year now, mainly for my series webinars and CourseNinja. It's consistently good. Every time I launch a new course or run a webinar series, everything just works as expected. The analytics are helpful for tweaking my marketing. I've tried others in the past, but I keep coming back here because of the reliability. It just makes my life easier.

planning to sign up for WebinarNinja but wanna make sure I can use a coupon. Where do you even put the code in?

B Brian Turner 4 weeks ago
You enter it during checkout, I think when you're picking your plan and doing the payment stuff.

Yeah, it's usually on the payment page before you finalize everything. Don't worry, it's pretty obvious. Just make sure you paste it in before hitting 'confirm purchase'.

anyone know if they do discounts for non-profits? trying to get this for our small org but budget is super tight.

T Thomas Gonzalez 1 month ago
Yeah, I think they do! I remember seeing something about nonprofit discounts on their site. Worth checking their pricing or FAQ page directly.

They definitely offer a nonprofit discount. My friend got one for their charity. You usually just need to apply or contact their sales team with proof of your non-profit status. Good luck!

I'm looking at the annual plan to save some cash, but what if I hate it? Can I cancel anytime and get a refund or am I just stuck for the year?

S Sam Campbell 1 month ago
They have a free trial, so you can definitely test it out before committing. After that, I think subscriptions are generally for the term you paid for, but always good to double check their specific refund policy.

I think they offer a money-back guarantee for a short period after purchase, like maybe 30 days? I'm not 100% sure, but that's what I remember from when I signed up for the yearly plan. After that, you're usually locked in till renewal, but you can definitely cancel future renewals at any time.

Hey guys, thinking of switching from Zoom. Is WebinarNinja actually better or just different? I host a lot of paid workshops.

G Grace C. 1 month ago
I found it way better for paid workshops. The course/payment stuff is built right in, so you don't need to Frankenstein a bunch of other tools together like you do with Zoom.

Honestly, for just basic meetings, Zoom is fine. But for actual webinars with registrations, emails, and replays, WebinarNinja crushes it. Integrations are solid too.

what's the deal with the free trial? is it fully featured or super limited? wanna see if it'll handle my attendee numbers.

P Patricia Jackson 3 weeks ago
The trial is pretty full-featured from what I remember, like you get access to most things. It's usually 14 days, plenty of time to run a test webinar.

Yeah, the free trial is really good. It's not a super stripped-down version. You can check out all the main features and see if it handles your expected audience size. I ran a small test event with like 50 people during my trial and it was fine.
